Move In:

Friday on November 17th 2017 from 11 AM to 7 PM

Saturday on November 18th 2017 from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Show hours: 11 AM to 5 PM on Saturday.

 

 Pick up your registration at the vendor information booth at the front door. Entrance is at the southwest side of the building.

 You will be given up to 2 vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $25 onsite.

 You will instructed to drive around the building to the door closet to your booth. See map.

If you need additional assistance to unload or watch your booth, please inform a member of the SFO crew.

Please unload diligently and move your vehicle to the vendor parking lot. As you drive out, please follow instructions of the crew to allow traffic flow.

Return to your booth to complete the setup. If you have any questions, please see the one of the crew.

Doors open to the public at 11 AM.

 

..::Shipments::..

★ Please use the following address:

★ Please time the shipments to arrive 1 to 2 days before the show. Any earlier and you may be subject to        fees. Also, if it is a freight or a big package, please let us know in advance. We would need to enlist a forklift driver and also figure out a place to the store it. Shipments going out will need to packed on a pallet or box with the label ready to go with the carrier information immediately after the show. They will be stored at the Cow Palace and arrangements must be made by you and the carrier for pick on Tuesday, Nov 21th.

 

..::Parking::..

Vendor parking per day is FREE.

 

..::Responsibility::..

We are not responsible for your goods.  The hall will reopen for vendors the next day at 7:30 AM on Saturday .

Vendors must register in the proper class. Vendors who register in the wrong class will be required to pay the additional cost.

 

..::Sales Tax::..

Each vendor is responsible for collecting all appropriate sales taxes.

 

..::Food::..

The venue has a restaurant onsite and we are working on a menu for vendors. Check back for more info.

 

..::Booth Details::..

Pop-up tents are allowed. Side walls are NOT allowed. Back drops are ok. No pipe and drape will be provided. Be creative and make your booth stand out!
